1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Boardin (“Service”) at boardin.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Boardin is a web application that helps CX professionals generate AI-powered, CFO-ready business cases for customer experience initiatives. The Service uses Google Gemini to produce deliverables based on inputs you provide.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Credits and Payments

• Generating a business case deliverable costs 1 Credit.
• Credits are purchased through Lemon Squeezy. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless the Service failed to deliver a result due to a technical error on our side.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with 14 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the quiz.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, authentication, or rate limits.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or its AI outputs without written permission.
• Upload or transmit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Deliverables are generated by AI and are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or accounting advice. Always apply your own judgement and consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on AI-generated output. Boardin makes no warranty that any financial projection or ROI estimate is accurate or will be achieved.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the data and information you submit. By submitting data, you grant Boardin a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely to operate the Service (generate your deliverable).

Deliverables generated for you are yours to use for internal business purposes. The Boardin platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boardin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
